Strahan ATV Adventures operates in all weather conditions and tours will only be cancelled in extreme conditions such as lightning storms and postpone tours at our own discretion should we consider the weather too extreme.

All tours are subject to weather, tidal and dune conditions

Cancellations must be made by notifying Strahan ATV Adventures by calling 0407 343 797 or texting this number between the hours of 8am to 4 pm Monday to Sunday.

Cancellations made 72 hrs or more prior to the scheduled tour start time will incur a $30.00 administration fee per person.

Cancellations made less than 72 hrs. prior to scheduled tour start time are non-refundable. We will always try to work with you to arrange an appropriate time to reschedule, however no part of the booking is refundable.

No refund will be given for any non used services or non arrival.

Our tours leave on time, every time. Please do not be late. Make sure you have ample time to arrive and enjoy your tour - don’t be left behind. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.

Minimum age for a child passenger is 6 years. Children under the age of 13 years must be accompanied on the tour with a parent or adult guardian.

ALL DRIVERS MUST HOLD A FULL LICENSE.

LEARNERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DRIVE - SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO WEAR A SEATBELT YOU CANNOT TOUR WITH US NO EXCEPTIONS. 

The tour is suitable for persons of good health, average level of fitness with full coordination

​

The tour is not suitable for persons:

• Who are pregnant

• Who have any skeletal conditions, spinal/neck conditions, osteoporotic fractures

• Who are suffering from neck and back pain

• Recovering from surgery

• For safety reasons, the maximum weight to ride our ATV's is 140KG

Our vehicles are automatic and easy to ride. The training at the beginning is designed for all abilities and most participants have never driven an ATV before.

We ride at a speed that is comfortable for the whole group. This is a scenic tour.
